The production line uses super wear-resistant alloy screw barrels and chrome-plated high-polished molds, which makes the material easy to form, plasticize evenly, produce quickly, run stably, and control and operate conveniently.
Using more than 2 twin-screw main machines can co-extrude two-layer or three-layer PVC pipes. The sandwich layer of the pipe is high-calcium PVC or PVC foaming raw materials.
