The HDPE/MDPE/LDPE water supply pipe and gas pipe production line independently developed by JWELL Company has a unique structure, high degree of automation, convenient operation, and stable and reliable continuous production.
The pipes produced by this production line have moderate rigidity and strength, good flexibility, creep resistance, environmental stress cracking resistance and good thermal welding performance, and have become the preferred product for urban gas transmission pipelines and outdoor water supply pipes. By adding a main machine and replacing some units, it can be used to produce multifunctional polyethylene pipes such as two-machine two-layer, two-machine three-layer or three-machine three-layer.

The specially designed screw structure with a length-to-diameter ratio of 38-40D has good thermal uniformity and low melting temperature, is stable and efficient, and has a spiral groove in the feed section, which can greatly increase the output.

● The mold adopts advanced German spiral technology, with high melt pressure in the die head, uniform discharge, and easy control of pipe wall thickness.
