The latest horizontal double-wall corrugated pipe production line developed by JWELL is a new generation of horizontal pressure water cooling production line independently developed on the basis of fully absorbing advanced technologies at home and abroad, with more than ten invention patents.
● There are various types of extruders to choose from, which can realize the production of various pipes such as HDPE and PP, and can also meet the production needs of single-wall corrugated pipes.
● The sizing sleeve is made of aluminum alloy, and the surface is wear-resistant; the pipe waveform is calculated by a special software program, and a better ring stiffness can be obtained under the same meter weight.
● The sliding base of the molding machine is gear-driven and equipped with large-size needle bearings, which improves the bearing capacity of the sliding base; the operation is smoother and the service life is longer.
● The production line has a fixed center height, and no adjustment is required when changing specifications.
● The modules of production lines of different specifications are universal; the quick-release module design makes the module loading and unloading convenient and fast; the unique module internal cooling design allows the cooling water to flow quickly inside the module,
realizing the rapid cooling and shaping of the pipe; the main drive is driven by a dual-speed motor, which can achieve stable and precise operation.
● The control system is composed of advanced PLC and large-screen color LCD display, which can be adjusted by a single machine and linked to the entire line. It is easy to operate, stable and reliable in production, highly automated, and automatically alarms when a fault occurs.
