The extruder is equipped with a dedicated servo motor and adopts a high-torque, high-strength reducer. The specially designed screw structure with a length-to-diameter ratio of 38-40D has good thermal uniformity and a low melting temperature, which is stable and efficient. The feed section is equipped with a spiral groove, which can greatly increase the output.

● The main machine current, temperature, electric energy, and energy consumption per ton of material can be monitored (equipment with meter weight control)

● The mold adopts an internal suction device to accelerate the cooling of the pipe and make the pipe quickly formed.

● The vacuum box ball valve adopts a two-piece ball valve, a double-circuit double filter, and fast filtering of impurities is easy to clean.

● The traction machine adopts single-claw independent control and servo drive, the traction speed is more stable, and the raw material utilization rate is increased by 1%-3%.

● The cutting machine adopts chipless cutting and a 360° universal clamp to adapt to different pipe diameters, easy to operate, and fixed-length precise incisions with beautiful appearance.
